Description: A course designed to give a student actual hands-on experience in ministry under the guidance and direction of an experienced minister, who serves as a mentor. Through actually doing ministry and receiving feedback, encouragement and evaluation from the mentor, students will grow in their self understanding, spiritual development, ministry skills and ability to work with others as part of a ministry team.
