SNBA Equipment Rental Request

Please Read Information Below:

This equipment is available to SNBA Partnering Churches and their ministries to use for church outreach events, fellowships, celebrations, etc.

Please fill out the form to request equipment to be checked out. The submission of this form IS NOT A RESERVATION! A follow-up phone call or email will be sent to confirm or inform you of our inability to meet this request (most likely due to a previous reservation or broken equipment).

Equipment checked out over the weekend needs to be picked up by Thursday, 4:00PM.

Fees:
If the event is only one day the price is as listed, two days the price is doubled, 3-5 days the price is tripled (exception: Block Party Trailer is one set fee for up to 5 days). There is no charge for the day of pick up (or unused days prior to event) or return.

Return:
Please return all equipment during office hours (8AM-4:30PM) on the next SNBA office day (M-Th) after your event. To maximize usage, from time to time, we ask churches to drop off equipment at (or have equipment picked up by) the next church using the equipment.

The equipment is expected to be returned cleaned and serviceable.

  • Please enlist able bodied people to pickup equipment, many of the units are heavy. A trailer is recommended for picking up one or both bounce houses, but one will fit and can be lifted into a truck bed (two man lift). Other equipment can fit in a truck bed, church van or most SUVs.

    A vehicle towing the Block Party trailer requires a Class IV hitch and 2" ball.

  • The Block Party trailer contains: 1 Bounce House, Grill, Snow Cone Machine, Pop Corn Machine, Cotton Candy Machine, PA Equipment, Assorted 'Carnival Games', Water Coolers, Tarps, Stakes, Few chairs and Tables, 10x10 Pop-Up Tents, etc.
